To enable searches in the EU (European Union) you will need to first accept the GDPR agreement in the program. 
You can do this by clicking on your name in the top right corner (your initial, or avatar photo) 
and then you will see the GDPR agreement. 
Open that one and click on accept, and the system will allow the EU searches for you.
